I'd rather be crafting

And I would, too. This weekend is the Relay for Life, and I've been thinking I had plenty of time to get these hats made, only now I don't, so I may fall well short of my goal. This is not a huge deal, I suspect. However, I am at work today, and have a ton of stuff to do here, but still feel that my time would be MUCH better spent crocheting than this mundane stuff. I'd really rather be crafting.

In related news, I crocheted none at all last night because we took my daughter to the swimming pool at her aunt's apartment complex, and she swam in a BIG pool for the first time. She really loved it, except she doesn't want to put her face in the water and hasn't figured out how to hold her breath really. (Although, she HAS figured out not to breath underwater...) For a girl who'd never been in water more than a foot deep, she did phenominally well, though, already kicking and paddling and floating and all. This is related to crafting only in so far as that it totally distracted me from it.

Maybe I'll try to do these invoices really fast this morning, and then sneak my crocheting in for the lunch hour.. and then just never stop...
