Ode to a Digital Camera

Though I love your cousin dear,
The faithful black box memories sear,
To film, that silvery gelatin part,
That saves the snapshots of my heart,
Dear coz is slow, though tried and true,
An' that she was fast, like you,
I'd have no want nor treacherous thought,
To 'place her with a new bride bought,
A silver, gleaming digital chick,
Thou buttons shining, new and slick,
Thy cousin's speedier relative,
Would much improve the bent I give
