Candied Peel Finished

Phew, it's been a long time since I blogged. Seems like I got a lot done, but didn't get pics of anything fast enough. So, here is some wonderful candied peel:



Clockwise from the top it's lime, orange and lemon. I have it on good authority that it is quite tastey. (I think so myself, but since I made it, I'm biased.)
